Lunar Zodiac Women's Crew Socks

$ 7.50

The Chinese Zodiac has 12 animals, determined by the order of finishing during The Great Race: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. This harrowing story is depicted on our Lunar Zodiac socks - what animal is your birth year and how did your zodiac sign do in the race? Red background for good luck!

Fits women's shoe size 4-10. Content: 65% cotton, 15% nylon, 15% polyester, 5% spandex.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The animals had to cross a river to win the race set forth by the Jade Emporor.

Rat - hitched a ride with the Cat across the river on top of the Ox, claimed first place after throwing the Cat overboard (the Cat didn't make it)
Ox - got swindled from first place because of their kindness and having a soft spot for Rats and Cats
Tiger - a good swimmer, but not as fast as the Ox in crossing the river
Rabbit - crossed the river by hopping from stone to stone, almost drowned until it got hold of a floating log that washed him ashore
Dragon - got held up doing nice things, like bringing rain to a village, blowing a gust of wind so the Rabbit wouldn't die on a log, etc.
Snake - stowed away on the Horse
Horse - got scared by the Snake stowaway
Goat - showed up as a team with the Monkey and Rooster on a raft
Monkey - helped the team by pulling weeds with the Goat out of the way for the raft to get by
Rooster - found the raft for the team
Dog - got distracted and played in the water before wandering to the finish line
Pig - got hungry during the race, stopped for food, took a nap, then woke up and realized the race was still happening
