Speakeasy Cocktails Men's Crew Sock
We've been known to darken the (secret) doorstep of some of Portland's finest speakeasies and these Men's Speakeasy Cocktail socks would be right at home in any of them! The great state of Maine passed the first laws banning the sale of alcohol in 1846, stricter laws would follow in 1851. These actions gained Maine the nickname "The Father of Prohibition". These actions ALSO led to a thriving underground community of secret taverns, saloons and Speakeasies. Classic drinks like The Bees Knees, French 75, Sidecars, Old Fashioneds, Manhattans and Mary Pickfords are accented by a 1920's era Art-Deco-patterned background on these handsome black socks with accents of grey, white, yellow, and rust. 65% cotton, 24% nylon, 8% polyester, 3% spandex. Fits approximate men's shoe sizes 8–13.
