UPDATE 2022: We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, on occasion, we are experiencing delays in delivery service. Delays due to weather or carrier issues can happen and are out of our control. We encourage you to plan and place your orders early for time sensitive shipments. USPS is not guaranteeing Priority Mail Delivery Times. After we ship your order, it will be handled by USPS and you can track it at USPS.com. Tracking information may take a day or more to appear at USPS.com. Even though we have submitted our packages to the USPS, they do not scan tracking info until arrival at the regional distribution center. The final delivery of your order will be handled by the United States Postal Service.
Free shipping in the USA for Online orders over $45
We're proud to offer free shipping within the USA for online orders over $45. We know getting your socks in a timely manner is important and we'd rather put an extra pair of socks on your feet than have you pay for shipping.
Free Shipping is applied auto-magically on all qualifying orders. You won't need a promo code or coupon to get it. Just fill your cart and checkout.
Unfortunately, due to the high costs associated with shipping we are unable to offer this benefit internationally at this time.

A common cause of shipping delays is an incomplete/inaccurate delivery address. Please double check the delivery address to avoid delays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We really want your order from The Sock Shack to make you happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do what we can to make it better.
Products may be returned to us in their original condition unworn, in original packaging. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
If you have decided to exchange an item you ordered for another product on our website, go ahead and place an order for the new item! Then send us an email letting us know that you’d like to return your item(s), please include your original order number. We’ll help you with the next steps of creating a free return shipping label.
We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive your return.
We offer free return shipping labels for all domestic orders. Be sure to have your order number handy.
Did we forget an item or send the wrong item?
We are a tiny shop and we work hard to make sure every order is complete and correct, but even The Sock Shack Gals can make mistakes. If your order arrives with an item missing, or an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you are able and we will happily send you the correct item right away.
Did you receive a defective item?
Every once in a while, a pair of socks has issues (don’t we all?). From busting a seam the first time they are worn, to missing a color of thread, not all socks are perfect. If you receive an item with a defect in your order, let us know within 14 days of receipt, and we will give you instructions for sending back the item. You will be offered a replacement pair or a refund – your choice.
Just need to return something?
If for some reason you are not a fan of something in your order, all items purchased through the site can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The order should be in its original packaging and in an unused/ unworn condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of being received back in our shop.
Please remember that unused condition means the socks have not been tried on, worn, or washed. All items need to be in their original, unopened packaging for us to successfully process your return. For health reasons, items not in their original packaging, may not be returned.

I’m sending a gift. Is there a way to enclose personalized message?
Yes! Once you select an item and add it to your cart, you’ll see an option for filling out a gift card message when you view your cart. Your note will be hand written and enclosed with the items being shipped.
