They pop up everywhere in spring and sure can be hard to get rid of. However, all parts of the plant are edible and rich in vitamins, that's not a bad thing! The dandelion is also one of the first flowers that bees and other pollinators can depend on for food in the early spring.  Yellow dandelions and puffy tufts of seeds, ready to be blown away with your wishes.
